From the Expression of Needs to full delivery, I’ve had numerous opportunities to oversee the execution and completion of Tenant Improvement works, most of the time with a large financing piece negotiated with the Landlord, in particular:
Organizing vision sessions with upper management and key stakeholders to define fit-out guidelines according to branding and company culture and values
Formalizing the expression of needs for fitouts, furnitures, signage, etc
Defining the proper communication strategy with HR when it comes to changing work environment for example (such as moving from private offices to open space, or relocating in a different neighbourhood or city)
Selecting the right providers to execute the works and holding them accountable along the way
Keeping the project on schedule and on budget
Dealing with the unavoidable issues that are common with large projects on tight schedules (for example, negotiating overholding conditions to address delays in a relocation project)
